What Happens After I Place My Order? Will I Receive a Proof of My Design?
Yes! Your artwork will be custom made just for you, and we want you to love it! After ordering, you will receive a proof of your customized art for your approval. Once we receive your approval, please allow 4 weeks for production and delivery.
Will My Art Arrive Ready to Hang?
Yes! Your art will arrive ready to hang with hanging wire and protective felt pads installed on the back.

Do You Offer Free Shipping?
Yes! We are pleased to provide free ground shipping to the Continental US and Canada.

- We offer free ground shipping to the Continental US and Canada.
- We do not currently ship to locations outside the Continental US and Canada.
Undeliverable Orders
If for any reason an order cannot be delivered to the address specified in the order and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for paying all shipping costs to have the item re-sent.
Can I Ship To A P.O. Box?
Due to the size of our art, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
I Need My Order By A Specific Date. Will It Arrive In Time?
We are not able to accommodate specific delivery dates, so please allow ample time for delivery.
Your artwork will be custom made just for you. After ordering, you will receive a proof of your customized art for your approval. Once we receive your approval, please allow 4 weeks for production and delivery. An estimated delivery date will be set by the carrier once the package is shipped.
Please note that we only receive estimated delivery dates from our shipping partners. Occasionally, shipments are delivered outside of the estimated timeframe. Please plan accordingly. Avia + Sanaa does not issue refunds for packages that arrive later than expected.
I Entered the Wrong Delivery Address at Checkout. What Should I Do?
Avia + Sanaa is not liable in the event that an incorrect address is entered during the ordering process.
If you identify an error, please contact us right away. Depending on the status of the order, we may be able to update the delivery address. However, address changes are not always possible.
If for any reason an order cannot be delivered to the address specified in the order and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for paying all shipping costs to have the item re-sent.
About Order Status
How Can I Check My Order Status?
You can check your order status on the Order Status page on our website.
Click on the Order Status link at the bottom of the website. Enter the email address you used at checkout when you placed your order. You will receive an email with a one-time code to log in to your account. Once you enter the code, you will be taken to your order page listing all orders associated with your account. Select the order you would like to view and you will be shown the current order status.

About Returns
What is Your Cancellation, Return and Exchange Policy?
Your artwork will be custom made just for you, and we want you to be happy! Please contact us with any questions before submitting your order.
- Cancellations: We accept cancellations before proof approval. Once your proof has been approved, we cannot process a cancellation. If we have started the design process or a proof has been prepared, there will be a charge of $50 per artwork for cancellation.
- Returns / Exchanges: Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery so that we can help you.
My Order Arrived Damaged. What Should I Do?
We work hard to provide you with high quality artwork. If you receive an item that has defects or damage, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery and we will be happy to help. Please do not discard the item or the packaging. We will request pictures of the issue.

Yes we do! Avia + Sanaa gift cards are available to purchase on our website. Click here to purchase a gift card.
How Do I Redeem an Avia + Sanaa Gift Card?
When you purchase a gift card, you will receive an email with your unique gift card code.
To redeem your gift, simply enter your code during the online checkout process.
To check your gift card balance, use the link included in your email.
Do Avia + Sanaa Gift Cards Expire?
No. Avia + Sanaa gift cards do not expire.
Are Avia + Sanaa Gift Cards Physical or Digital?
Avia + Sanaa gift cards are digital. They are sent via email and can be printed.
The notification email includes the unique gift card code that can be used during the online checkout process. The email also includes a link to check the gift card balance.
No physical card is mailed.
How Can I Check my Avia + Sanaa Gift Card Balance?
To check your gift card balance, use the link included in your gift card notification email.
