Return Policy
Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges
Your artwork will be custom made just for you, and we want you to be happy! Please contact us here with any questions before submitting your order.
- Cancellations: Before your artwork is produced, you will receive a proof of your final design for your approval. We accept cancellations before proof approval. Once your proof has been approved, we cannot process a cancellation. If we have started the design process or a proof has been prepared, there will be a charge of $50 per artwork for cancellation.
- Returns / Exchanges:
- Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We do not offer refunds for personalized products. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us here within 48 hours after delivery so that we can help you.
- Gift cards cannot be returned.
Damaged Items
We work hard to provide you with high quality artwork. If you receive an item that has defects or damage, please contact us here within 48 hours after delivery and provide pictures of the issue. Please do not discard the item or the packaging. We will work with you to find a solution.
Order Editing

Please ensure that your shipping address and all order details are complete and accurate before submitting your order. Avia + Sanaa is not liable for incorrect addresses provided at the time of ordering.
- If you identify an error, please contact us here right away. Depending on the status of the order, we may be able to update the delivery address. However, address changes are not always possible.
- Before approving a proof, be sure to double-check spelling and all other details. We are unable to make changes to the design once the proof has been approved.
