Shipping Locations

  • We offer free ground shipping to the Continental US and Canada. 
  • We do not currently ship to locations outside the Continental US and Canada.

P.O. Boxes

  • Due to the size of our art, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

 

Incorrect Addresses

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and all order details are complete and accurate before submitting your order. Avia + Sanaa is not liable for incorrect addresses provided at the time of ordering. 
  • If you identify an error, please contact us here right away. Depending on the status of the order, we may be able to update the delivery address. However, address changes are not always possible.
  • If for any reason an order cannot be delivered to the address specified in the order and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for paying all shipping costs to have the item re-sent.

 

Customs & Import Taxes

  • Any customs or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Avia + Sanaa is not responsible for any delays due to customs.
